Initial
The initial phase, known as the feasibility study, helps you determine the viability of your project and decide on the next steps.

Approvals
During the approvals stage, we create a design and documentation package for lodgement with the Council or a package that meets the Exempt and Complying Development Code.

During the Construction Documentation and Certification phase, we assist you in creating detailed plans for certification and construction and provide guidance for the builder tender process.

Our advisory services aim to assist you and your builder during construction. We offer guidance, answer inquiries, and provide solutions to any issues that may arise on the construction site.
